He is committed to public service and is the head of department at Northern Health, a major health provider in Melbourne. He has developed many other public services in his time in Australia which includes Eastern Health, Djerriwarrh Health Services (now Western Health), and West Gippsland Healthcare Group (Warragul). He has also introduced ophthalmology to many private services including Goonawarra Day Hospital and Maryvale Private Hospital.
